1. Dispatch & Processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of being placed. We ship on alternate days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, subject to inventory availability.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Within Tamil Nadu: For locations serviced by our reputed courier partners, delivery is expected within 3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and public holidays).
• International Shipping: Delivery times typically range between 7 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

3. Logistics & Unavoidable Delays

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, Tiny Tots is not liable for any unexpected or unavoidable logistical delays. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work diligently to minimize such issues.

4. Delayed or Untraceable Shipments

In cases where delivery is significantly delayed (beyond 1–2 weeks) or if a package becomes untraceable, Tiny Tots reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
