Shipping & Delivery Policy

Tiny Tots delivers its products to nearly every region in India. Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of being placed. We ship on alternate days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, subject to inventory availability.
For locations within Tamil Nadu serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery is expected within 3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and holidays). For international deliveries, shipping times may vary between 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, Tiny Tots is not liable for any unexpected or unavoidable logistical delays. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work diligently to minimize such issues.
In cases where delivery is significantly delayed (beyond 1–2 weeks) or if a package becomes untraceable, Tiny Tots reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
